Ralph's occupies the courtyard and rooms of Ralph Lauren's Boulevard Saint-Germain flagship, set inside a restored 17th-century hôtel particulier — and it's exactly as considered as you'd expect from the brand: dark wood, brass, leather, the Ralph Lauren world made dimensional. The menu is American — the burger is genuinely good, the crab cakes, the classics — which makes it a charming counterpoint in the heart of the Left Bank. The cobbled courtyard in summer is one of the loveliest hidden terraces in the 6th.
