Parcelles is a Marais bistro that takes both halves of the bistro-à-vins equation seriously: the kitchen turns out precise French classics, and the cellar is deep enough that wine-focused diners come specifically for it. It's the kind of place that looks like a traditional corner bistro and then surprises you with the list. Comfortable, knowledgeable, and quietly excellent.
