Le Tout-Paris is the brasserie atop Cheval Blanc Paris, the LVMH hotel on the Quai du Louvre, and its reason to exist is the view: a top-floor dining room and terrace looking out over the Seine, the Pont Neuf, and the city's rooftops. The cooking is elevated brasserie — French classics with a luxe finish — but the room and the panorama are the headline. Glamorous, pricey, and one of the best high-up dinners in central Paris.
