Les Graniers

TOWN BEACH
Map →Website →Instagram →
First Impressions

Les Graniers is a five-minute walk from the village. It is a public beach with a simple bar and no minimum spend. Local families, local fishermen, local teenagers. Nobody is performing for anyone.

The water is clean and the setting is genuinely beautiful — a small cove with the village visible above. The bar serves cold drinks at normal prices. Bring a book and your own towel.

This is what St-Tropez was before the beach clubs arrived. It is still here.

What We Loved
The locals

The crowd that uses St-Tropez rather than visiting it. Rare and worth the detour.

The walk

Five minutes from the port on foot. No car, no taxi, no parking arithmetic.

The price

A cold drink at a reasonable price. No minimum spend, no reservation required.

The water

A sheltered cove with calm, clear water. Better for swimming than open Pampelonne.

Worth Knowing Before You Book

Bring everything you need. This is not a full-service beach club.

The best time is a Tuesday morning before the cruise boats arrive in the port.

Goes with the market at Place des Lices — Tuesday morning market, then walk to Les Graniers for a swim.
